Unsigned and On The Rise – Varroa

What do you get when you have 5 talented musicians from Pennsylvania? You get an unstoppable force by the name of Varroa!

Hailing from Reading, Pennsylvania, Varroa is a 5 piece down-tempo groove metal band or whatever you would like to classify this talented bunch. The band released their debut EP entitled “Follower”. Vocalist Cody Madtes lyrical content provides the listener with a real look inside to what the world is coming to in the song “Abandon The Hive”. Other songs on the EP such as “Labeler” and “212” provide hard hitting drums by Eric Silverman, incredible bass lines by Edward Kuehn, and of course the brains behind every well thought riff on the record made by John Miller and Travis Gilberti. From the groove progression to the in your face breakdowns that just wanna make you lose your fucking mind, these talented group of fellows are most definitely on the rise.
