The br00tal downtempo/deathcore/metal band from Florida, Traitors, certainly hasn’t had a great relationship with label We Are Triumphant. Remember this? Since departing the label, the band has continually toured the USA and done fairly well for themselves. That being said, earlier today Traitors member Stephen Arango posted that he is “suing We Are Triumphant”.

And label founder Greg Long had this to say about the situation:
“I haven’t stolen a dime from them. When fading bands aren’t hyping as much as they were when they were with me, cast shade to try and get attention. It’s pathetic. I haven’t stolen a dime from anyone and I’d like to see anyone prove that I have.” We Are Triumphant founder Greg Long said in a statement obtained by Rock Feed.
As mentioned in the Rockfeed article, if there are certain contract stipulations that the band signed, then successfully suing Greg Long might be rather difficult. We’ll definitely keep you informed on the next episode of Total Drama Island.
