We can promise, this isn’t a headline from The Onion. System Of A Down have released their first new music since 2005’s twin albums Hypnotize/Mezmerize, in the form of two new singles. Released with current conflicts in mind (especially one that’s going on in their home country of Armenia), the band’s two new songs are their first in 15 years – coming in at a time where the world seems more tumultuous than ever before. The band has also broken their social media silence with a lengthy statement surrounding the new songs – both of which you can find below.
Music. Gaming. Nostalgia. Culture.
