Sueños Festival announces 5 year contract with the City of Chicago to guarantee the party continues

Chicagos own Sueños Festival, which just 3 years in, has become the countries biggest Latin music festival bringing in 75,000 attendees per day this year has announced they’ve inked a new deal with the City of Chicago to ensure the festival continues on. The festival has announced they’ve signed a 5 year deal to keep the festival in Chicago at Grant Park, with an option to add another 5 years to the contract if desired, as well as the option to add a 3rd day to the festival starting next year if desired.

This is amazing news for latin music fans as the festival has brought in various acts both old and new between their 3 years including Rauw Alejandro, Grupo Firme, Ivan Cornejo, Young Miko, Becky G, and more as well as various other festival activities both inside and outside of the festival.

Sueños Festival’s new deal with Chicago Parks affirms its status as a burgeoning cultural and economic institution in its home city. Sueños provides hundreds of jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars worth of economic impact to the city each year. The festival’s economic impact on Chicago doubled since its inaugural year in 2022, from $120.9 million during its first festival to $243.7 million in 2024.
