If you’ve been a fan of progressive metal titans Periphery for a long time, you’ll probably have noticed that vocalist Spencer Sotelo is an extremely diverse singer, both in range and in stylistic influences. Already with one side project under his belt in Endur, Sotelo’s new experiment is Nik Mystery.
The new project is completed by guitarist Mike Dawes and producer Jukka Backlund – and if you’ve ever wanted to hear Spencer double down on his obvious pop influences, the band’s new song “Now” is for you.
