Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has died at the age of 46 due to a drug overdose, multiple reports are confirming.
Before “falling off the wagon” recently, he had been clean for 23 years, He most recently starred as Plutarch Heavensbee in the critically acclaimed series The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Hoffman leaves behind three children — Cooper, 10; Tallulah 7, and Willa, 5 — with his wife, costume designer Mimi O’Donnell.
