Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Aimée Osbourne narrowly escapes a deadly studio fire in Hollywood

Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Aimée Osbourne, who performs electropop music under the ARO name, narrowly escaped a Hollywood recording studio fire that sadly left one person dead and two other injured. Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the person who lost their life in the fire.

While it was reported by one outlet that she “nearly” escaped the fire, Sharon Osbourne has confirmed that Aimée is indeed safe. As KTLA notes, firefighters found one person dead upon searching the structure, and and that person’s identity is not being released. Two people were also treated for smoke exposure.

Sharon Osbourne discussed the fire on her Instagram, which happened Thursday night in Hollywood.

“Today my daughter @aro_officialmusic was working in a recording studio at this building with her producer. They are the lucky two that made it out alive. It is utterly heartbreaking that someone lost their life today in this fire & we are sending our prayers to this person & their family.

“What happened today was beyond horrific. I really hope moving forward that buildings like this are better regulated for fire safety. This building was a creative hub for music in Hollywood, a space that should have been regulated for fire code. Producers, musicians, mixers & artists also lost all of their equipment. Once again, our prayers go out to the family and friends of the person that lost their life to this senseless fire.”
