Canton, Ohio based melodic death metal band The Behest of Serpents first appeared in 2019 with a handful of singles. The singles in 2019 eventually led up to the 2021 release of the group’s debut album ‘Disciples’, and this album really begun to show us The Behest of Serpents primed and ready to go for the 2021 and beyond. The album itself is worth a listen, and for any death metal fan has the elements we all love. The Behest of Serpents has just unveiled their new Metallica cover ‘Of Wolf and Man’ and it’s a great callback to where metal origins started to the modern metal we have now. The Behest of Serpents expresses their love for the song in their own way and the results turned out fantastic. The quality and effort the Ohio based band put into this is a good tribute to the legends.
