Late Friday night, My Chemical Romance (joined by the excellent Thursday as well) enraptured a capacity crowd with their first show in over 7 years. If you haven’t been on social media for the last 24 hours or so, know this – it’s basically all the music scene is talking about right now. And why not? When the band disbanded in 2013, it surely shattered a lot of young hearts.
However, the band’s return to the stage was, by all accounts, a highly successful one. It’s certainly one that fans of the band – especially those lucky enough to attend – will remember forever. Did we mention that the setlist was pretty great, or that the band OPENED with “I’m Not Okay (I Promise)”? Wild. Thanks to the power of Twitter, and plenty of other users that were there, we’ve got plenty of live footage of the band’s comeback show. Roll on if you’re into it.

Let’s be honest here, how solid is that setlist? It’s a career-spanning one, to be sure.
