Just about everyone loves the Metal Gear Solid series, but moreso everyone loves Hideo Kojima. A man whose work with series like Metal Gear Solid and Zone Of The Enders has passed just being beloved by gamers, while also receiving massive critical praise by the entertainment industry as a whole. Recently though, Kojima has gone on Twitter to praise none other than arguably the biggest act in deathcore right now, Lorna Shore.
Yeah, we think that’s pretty cool. For Kojima, though, music and cultural events have always been an integral part of his gaming ideas. The soundtrack for Death Stranding featured the likes of Bring Me The Horizon and CHVRCHES, while the Metal Gear series touched on fake news, censorship, and many other ideas and happenings. Oddly enough, many of them are happening in the current day, making Kojima really able to predict some of what the future holds (or consequently, what it held).
Thanks to Sony Music for sending me LORNA SHORE's latest album "PAIN REMAINS".
It seems that this is the landing album and debut album in Japan. It is a stiff deathcore, isn't it? pic.twitter.com/ehVE49cTKn— HIDEO_KOJIMA (@HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN) March 22, 2023
