Just when you think progressive metal has run out of new and interesting ideas, along comes Australia’s The Omnific. The band, whose new EP Kismet drops November 24th, consists of two bass players and a drummer. Talented though they are, one might not think this combination translates to music that would engage more than a fan of progressive music, but you would also be wrong.
