Lorna Shore’s “To The Hellfire” reaches the top 10 of Spotify’s Viral 50 chart – for an entire week

Judging by Spotify streams alone, Lorna Shore’s “To The Hellfire”, which was released a month ago, has been an unqualified success. It’s already on pace to become the band’s most-streamed song on Spotify (likely in the next few weeks – it’s one million and change behind “Immortal”), racking up 2.5 million Spotify streams in its first month of release.

That would be impressive for most rock and metal bands that aren’t necessarily household names, but even moreso for a band that got its start in the deathcore scene. Basically, Lorna Shore isn’t easy listening – but “To The Hellfire” entered Spotify’s Viral 50 charts anyway, thanks to both its streaming popularity as well as reaction videos from the likes of Nik Nocturnal, and even trending on TikTok.

In fact, thanks to the song’s viral popularity on TikTok, the song has been on Spotify’s Viral 50 for an entire week now, even entering the top 10 rankings and peaking at #4, according to the band. Truly wild stuff.

Notably, the song is the first with former A Wake In Providence vocalist Will Ramos, and it’s safe to say the reception has been positive. Even more impressive is that it’s a six minute long song.
