Rapper Lil Pump will probably be forever known as the guy who released the seemingly endlessly repetitive smash hit “Gucci Gang”, a song the mere mention of which likely will conjure up some interesting memories. He’s seemingly in the news quite often as well, usually more due to drama than his actual music. So it’s with that being said that his new album actually features a metal song. And by that, we mean “metal”, because it’s unfortunately bad. Like, really bad.
Like, having zero understanding of rock or metal bad. It’s literally called “Pump Rock x Heavy Metal”, and if the title didn’t scare you off, the music almost certainly will. To say the song lacks any real understanding of the genre it tries to fiddle with is an understatement, to be perfectly honest. All you have to do is go to the comment section of the track on YouTube, and you’ll realize just how negative the reaction to the track is. Fun.
