A fun tag match that Briscoes seemed to mainly carry. Zayne and Blake got their big spot moves in but Briscoes gave them their brand of hard hitting tag action. Blake though for some reason since returning to the Indies seemed to just have lost all the flair he had beforehand and it showed again here tonight.

A match that would have greatly benefitted from being cut a few minutes. Despite the massive size difference here it was a solid match. Tankman as always is good and Yoya held his own mostly.

Scotty 2 Hotties first match since leaving his backstage WWE job. He looks great and moves great. This was your typical Janela bout. Some slower moments mixed with some fast back and forth. Good use of doors and such and showcased that Scotty can still go at just as well as he ever did.

A pretty fun rumble match. A lot of the guys ended up looking great. There were some dumb stuff like PCO doing a stupid move and eliminating himself quickly. Mercer had some great spots with his feats of strength. Homicide winning is a great safe bet for the NYC.

The deathmatch everyone had been waiting for. The top 2 deathmatch guys in the US going toe to toe in GCW. What an odd / good / disappointing match though. Majority of it was JWM taking the damage and being squashed almost. Colon didn’t bleed a ton and JWM bled out almost, bleeding a dangerous looking amount. The ending though seemed off, as if the ref wasn’t suppose to stop it or Colon was going into a shoot against JWM for it. It just felt off and not in a good way. Its almost hard to rate this match because it wasn’t good except for the bigger spots and the ending just felt so uncomfortably off almost. Sure we all know its a worked angle, but when its not even entertaining to watch that says something.
