ICW No Holds Barred

Volume 25

Cambridge, Massachusetts

May 15th, 2022

Singles Match
AKIRA vs. Tommy Vendetta

A decent opening match. Odd pacing killed a lot of it but it had a few solids spot and both men are great deathmatch guys.

2 / 5

Singles Match
Satu Jinn vs. Hoodfoot

Two of the best big guy deathmatch guys right now. Some good moments here but a bit a slower sluggish match. Could have used maybe a bit more and hope to see them again against each other soon.

2.5 / 5

Singles Match
Danny Demanto vs. Justin Kyle

A fun quicker match. Danny took some massive hits here and had a head full of tacks. Kyle is a monster as always.

3 / 5

Singles Match
Casanova Valentine vs. Krule

Krules entrance to this match ruled. He’s a real life horror movie deathmatch star. He took a bunch of hits here then put Casanova away pretty easily. Decent enough match but nothing special from either.

2.5 / 5

Singles Match
Brandon Kirk vs. Kasey Kirk

Deathmatches favorite couple fighting against each other. A great match between the Kirks. Good story here with Brandon not wanting to really do it and not wanting to hurt Kasey. A lot of fun spots and both are two of the best again.

4 / 5

Singles Match
John Wayne Murdoch vs. SHLAK

A fun match between Shlak and JWM. Just endless mayhem here and both guys beating the hell out of one another. A bit sluggish towards the end but it worked itself out. Was shocked that Shlak picked the win up but sets them up 1-1 with another match to see who wins.

3.5 / 5

ICW American Deathmatch Title Taipei Death Match
Eric Ryan (c) vs. Bobby Beverly

A very quick but bloody tapai deathmatch. Ryan has proved himself as one of the best US deathmatch guys and The Bev has quickly made himself the best new deathmatch guy. Some good spots here but just a little too quick with an ending by ref stoppage.
