Should you be stoked? Absolutely. While there’s no definitive release date for the band’s follow-up to 2016’s Magma, which saw them tour the globe with the likes of Slipknot and headlining their own massive shows as well, we now know that the band is in the studio recording a new record. At least, that’s what it looks like, if a recent Instagram post is to be believed.
Notably, there’s no context to be drawn from concerning the post, thanks to complete lack of a caption. However, it’s well-known that the band is already prepping their new album, and while a complete genre change probably won’t be in the cards, we do know that Joseph Duplantier is a big Dire Straits fan. Which is obviously pretty awesome.
