Fresh new Canadian alt pop-punk trio Cawston release their second song “The More You Stay Away”

Canadian alt pop-punk trio Cawston is a fresh newcomer to the genre. Forming in 2021 the trio sets out to establish themselves in their respective scene with two very unique singles. Cawston boasts memorable hooks, impactful verses, and just pure heart-pounding rhythm. Consisting of members Jenna Johnson on vocals, Alexis Artiga with supporting vocals and guitar, and Devin Corbach on percussion, Cawston hit the alternative pop-punk scene full speed with their debut track “June Sixteenth” and quickly starting gaining momentum. This momentum would carry onto their newest release “The More You Stay Away”. Cawston has decided to partner with the legendary Dreambound to premiere their new song and video. As their second release it’s looking like Cawston is off to a very strong beginning and coming out swinging. The band has also released a music video to compliment an already honorable track. Lyrical inspiration came from the hardships vocalist Jenna suffered with relationships, past trauma, and mental health hurdles. Through all that brick and stone it seems Cawston is going all in, and we’re for it! Cawston is currently working on their debut EP set for a 2022 release.
