Having already shared the stage with bands like Convictions and Famous Last Words, Florida’s Royal Hearts have been on a roll since their inception a few short years ago. Releasing a string of tracks on a fairly regular basis, they’ve managed to explore all things -core while maintaining a distinct sound. Lying somewhere between post-hardcore and metalcore, their new track “Disaster” definitely falls on the latter side of that spectrum – arguably their heaviest track to date.
Yes, there’s riffs, and yes, it’s heavy. Where songwriting is concerned, it seems like Royal Hearts are finding their footing quite adeptly. Clearly, their best is yet to come.
