West Palm Beach, Florida emo/pop punk act Intervention have released their newest single “Drained”, off their upcoming sophomore EP Lucid, out December 2015. Check out the song stream below, and get hyped for the EP release next month.

Intervention recently recorded their sophomore EP entitled Lucid at 4115 Studios in Nashville, TN with Tate Mercer, the former drummer of Daisyhead (No Sleep Records).

“We took some time off as a band to really refine our sound to something that we all love. We want to keep the pop aspects of the music as well as blend it with more aggressive, rock and roll sound that influenced our musical upbringing. Tate made our vision into a reality and we can’t be thankful enough. Tate has done some of our favorite records/songs so it was an honor to work with him His notable pieces are Daisyhead’s The Smallest Light which was put out in 2015 on No Sleep Records, and Better Off’s single ‘Meth Head.'” – Drew Portalatin, vocals, Intervention. The band intend to regionally tour in support of the new EP in early 2016.
