For two decades now, Every Time I Die have delivered just about everything a hardcore, metalcore, or general fan of heavy music could ever want. And while it took them five years this time around to release their newest album Radical, it was more than worth the wait – delivering some of the most explosive and witty songs of the band’s career to date. To quote someone famous, they just don’t miss.
And when it comes to their popularity, it hasn’t waned a bit either. Whether it’s their popular annual ‘Tid The Season shows in their hometown of Buffalo or their overall sales and streaming numbers, they’re not slowing down a bit. The sales numbers for Radical are in, and once again, they’re pretty consistent!
Radical came in at #45 on the Billboard 200, which falls mostly in line and in the middle with their previous six records (which all debuted between #22 and #71) in their first week of release. Notably, though, ETID had the #2 charting vinyl record of the new week, only behind My Morning Jacket’s stellar new record. Pretty RADICAL stuff. Okay, we’ll see ourselves out.
