Trap metal is one of those genres that has appeared in the last decade and found its home in the ever growing scene that is metal. One of the pioneers of this genre is the group Dropout Kings, and they’re certainly rising in popularity at the moment. The group made their debut with 2018’s Audiodope, and since then have gone above and beyond gaining a large fanbase and traction in the community. While unconventional at first listen, the band dives in hard with a serious hip-hop influence that doesn’t sound tacked on. Dropout Kings and Geex3 have just released their new music video for their song “Frenemies”. The new video breathes life into the already lively track, and you’ll never forget seeing someone slap a piñata with a gun. You don’t want to miss the train with Dropout Kings, check them out!
Music. Gaming. Nostalgia. Culture.
