Singles Match
Bryan Danielson vs. Trent Beretta

A steady paced hard hitting back that felt very much NJPW like. Trent and Danielson got a solid 15 minutes where each got their shots in, the big spots, but never rushed it along.

Singles Match
QT Marshall (w/Aaron Solo & Nick Comoroto) vs. Swerve Strickland

This was meant more as a hit at QT getting Jerichos wrestler of the week. Too much offense and went too long to be a squash though. Ended up just pointless.

Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifying Match
Willow Nightingale vs. Red Velvet

Willow was good here but this match was all over the place. Velvet is somehow a heel now, Willow was over with the crowd, and the match for its good moments just had some sloppy moments.

2.5 / 5

Singles Match
Jon Moxley vs. Wheeler Yuta

A ROH Pure Rules match that didn’t rely on the issues that those matches usually bring which is a slow pace. This started off fast and went though the ups and downs. Yuta looked fantastic here and made it seem like either man had a fighting chance to win the match. Wheeler bled like a pig here as well and put up a great fight to end the match on a slower note. This is a match that will be talked about for some time.
