AEW Dynamite – Episode 174 (02.01.2023) (Wrestling Review)

 A good brawl match that works well with both these guys. They can brawl and bleed with it feeling unique and just not a brawl to brawl. The ending worked well here as it happened so fast when either guy could have won this.

A good match for Takeshita to win. Cage losing doesn’t mean much as he doesn’t win many important things anyway. Cage works well in a match like this even if his moves seem so over the top that its like everything is a finisher.

A great match as expected. AEW debut for Thatcher who showed off why Danielson was the perfect choice for him here. Would love to see him back in AEW soon.

 So tired of Jade in matches you know she isn’t gonna lose.

Allin losing the belt back to Joe worked here and they made this feel like a big deal main event match. Darby continues to just be a glutton for punishment her and Joe worked great in a match like this. The belt came off as feeling important too.
