Abaddonia drop haunting new single, “Horsemen Part 1: War”

Abaddonia, a five piece extreme metal band from the Midwest, have released their first single featuring their new vocalist Casey Needler. The bands latest offering “Horsemen Part 1: War” steps in a different direction when compared to the bands previous single “Mortifier.” Departing from their straightforward deathcore approach, the band in collaboration with producer Chris Wiseman, placed an emphasis on experimenting with blackened and symphonic elements similar to that of Lorna Shore and Shadow of Intent. Upon introduction to the new song, haunting orchestral arrangements compliment the eerie clean guitar passages setting the stage for an earth shattering breakdown, leading the song into a frostbitten abyss, only to be intensified by an impressive vocal performance.
