Another day, another killer black metal tour. In support of their latest release, Frontschwein, Marduk is in the US with support from Rotting Christ, Carach Angren, and Necronomicon. I was lucky enough to be able to catch this tour on the second date in Tampa, Florida at The Orpheum. However, a few days before the show, Marduk fans read that they would be unable to make the first few days of the tour due to VISA complications. Darkthrone Release New Song “Tundra Leech”

One of the most important bands in Norwegian extreme metal, Darkthrone, are back with a new track! Darkthrone are known for being a pioneer act in second wave black metal and have continued to make flawless albums over the years while experimenting with other genres as well. Darkthrone recently announced a new album entitled “Arctic Thunder” and mentioned the album “is more serious and primitive than usual”. Marduk Announce North American Tour Dates with Rotting Christ, Carach Angren, Necronomicon

Swedish black metal giants Marduk have announced upcoming North American tour dates. The trek starting up in Ft Lauderdale, FL on 9/2, and finishing out in Austin, TX on 9/25.
