A big part of growing up is the music you listened to, the shows you attend, and how much of an impact a band has on you. Though I may enjoy other bands more, post-hardcore legends Hopesfall have always had a huge impact on me. Their album The Satellite Years is one of my favorite albums ever, and really had an impact on me both from a quality music and music discovery standpoint.
Here’s a live video of the band from Hellfest 2003. Remember when Trustkill Records was the biggest label around, with bands like Misery Signals, Nora, Throwdown, and Eighteen Visions? I do.
