Legendary hardcore punk frontman HR (of Bad Brains) to release new solo record “Give Thanks” this fall

 

Paul “HR” Hudson is best known as the front man of the iconic punk band Bad Brains, formed in 1979. With unprecedented speed and precision, Bad Brains took the Washington, DC music scene by storm and quickly became the most influential band in American punk history, breaking down cultural barriers and creating emotionally charged music centered on the message of maintaining a positive mental attitude (PMA). This concept of PMA continues to inspire HR’s fans.

Interview: The Swifts

The Swifts are a pop punk outfit based out of Colorado, and they have dropped an excellent debut album with All Sunshine which was recorded and produced by Ahrue Luster, guitarist for Ill Nino.  All Sunshine is full of hooks, rockin’ rhythms and punchy well thought out lyrics. While The Swifts do at times sing about the heavy stuff they are also the self-proclaimed “Ultimate Dad Band!” so you know they are trying to have as much fun as their listeners.

Masked Intruder Announce New Album “///”

Ski-mask clad punk rock band, Masked Intruders, have announced their third full length album “///” to be released March 1st, 2019 via Pure Noise Records.
