Post Malone To Embark On Fall “Runaway” US Tour

Today, GRAMMY nominated, multi-platinum artist Post Malone revealed the Runaway Tour, his latest North American outing kicking off later this year. Produced by Live Nation, the run will start September 14 in Tacoma, WA and visit cities across the U.S. and Canada before wrapping November 20 at The Forum in Los Angeles. Swae Lee and Tyla Yaweh will appear as special guests on all of  the Runaway Tour dates. Full routing can be found below.

Post Malone’s smash hit “Beerbongs & Bentleys” is the #1 album in America

Currently on a massively successful headlining tour where he’s performing at his biggest venues yet, Post Malone has become a cultural touchtone in just a few short years. That makes the news that Post has the #1 selling album in the US all the more exciting. Whether or not you are a fan of Post Malone, his success is undeniable at this point. Going from trying out for metalcore band Crown The Empire to selling over 400,000 equivalent album units in your first week is something to behold, to be certain.

According to Forbes, the album was eligible to be certified gold even before its initial release, thanks to the first two singles (“Rockstar”, “Psycho”) gaining strong early support. This also means that, according to a Billboard report, Post Malone’s new record has been streamed over 431 million times.

With just one full-length (Stoney) and a mixtape, Post Malone has moved his way into the public consciousness, and is also set for his biggest headlining tour yet next week. It’ll have Post Malone playing some of his biggest venues yet – all of this despite only having his massive hit “White Iverson” exist for a few years. It’s all rather impressive.
