Lorna Shore parts ways with vocalist CJ McCreery, effective immediately

In a truly shocking turn of events, promising metal band Lorna Shore has removed CJ McCreery from their lineup with an abrupt Facebook post. This came as a shock to a lot of fans as the band has their new album Immortal gearing up for a January 31st release. Lorna Shore is due to tour with Decapitated, Beyond Creation, Ingested, and Viscera in March of 2020, though there’s no word on whether the album release or tour dates will happen as scheduled.

Lorna Shore premieres new song, “Darkest Spawn”, announces co-headlining tour with Enterprise Earth

New Jersey-based metal band Lorna Shore have unleashed a new single, “Darkest Spawn”, as their first salvo of 2019 action. You can find the video for the single below. The single comes hot off the heels of their previous single, “This Is Hell” which set the death metal world on fire with the unveiling of their new frontman, CJ McCreery, and his indomitable skillset as a vocalist, known from his time in Signs Of The Swarm.

Drummer Austin Archey says it’s just a taste of what’s to come. “Here we unveil a glimpse at what to expect from Lorna Shore in 2019. More information regarding the new record will be surfacing very soon. For now, prepare yourselves with Darkest Spawn”.

The band is also co-headlining a tour with fellow heavyweights Enterprise Earth, and they’ll be joined by Bodysnatcher and Within Destruction, who are making a very hyped appearance on USA shores. Dates below.

Deathcore Double: Lorna Shore and Signs Of The Swarm announce run of US tour dates

With both bands fresh off well-received 2017 albums, the time is right for a Lorna Shore and Signs Of The Swarm tour.
