Long king of Orange County hardcore, Bleeding Through’s last record (A Great Fire) was released in 2012, and the band’s final show was just 3 short years ago. While the band has teased the last couple years that it might not be finished in some respect, it seems fairly clear, based on a recent video that Sharptone Records recently posted.
Seriously, listen about 15 seconds into the video – you can clearly hear vocalist Brendan Schieppati’s distinct vocals. The band releasing material on Sharptone would make a lot of sense, considering their penchant for signing veteran bands of the genre (Attila, WCAR), and considering that the door was left open for a reunion, it seems very likely this will happen. While it’s not 100% for certain (it could be Brendan’s other project, The Iron Son) you’ll want to keep an eye out for more details.
