Preview: Aura Fest 2019

This year will be kicking off to a great start, with the third annual AURA Music Festival at the “Ships Of The Sea Gardens” in Savannah, GA. The festival will feature thirteen bands throughout the day, a vast array of food trucks, and other various activities.

If you’ve ever attended any of the past yearly events, you’ll know that Aura fest always delivers with an eclectic range of of regional, national, and local bands across the underground music scene. With this year’s lineup further excelling in it’s diversity. This year’s fest will be co-headlined by New Jersey metal outfit Fit For An Autopsy, and metalcore pioneers Zao. Rounding out the bill are my hometown favorites in Evergreen Terrace, Old Wounds, and Limbs. Throw in an impressive variety of up-and-comers, including Great American Ghost, GA natives Revenge Season, The Funeral Portrait, among many others.

Whether you’re wanting to bang your head, mosh your ass off, sing your heart out, or sit back and watch after stuffing yourself with several food truck tacos, I guarantee there is a little something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you all there.
