Did the official Facebook page for The Summer Slaughter Tour just announce two bands on this year’s lineup? Or is it an April Fools Joke?
Today, The Summer Slaughter Tour’s official Facebook page hinted at two bands we might see on this year’s lineup. The page is notorious for posting lyrics or other references to bands that will appear on the lineup before the tour is announced.
Today’s first status was “take another look at yourself… tell me what do you see..” which are lyrics from Born of Osiris’s “Machine”.
Following shortly after was “Anticosmic Overload. \m/” which is an obvious reference to the first song from Obscura’s 2009 full-length “Cosmogensis”.
Is it safe to say we are going to be seeing both Born of Osiris and Obscura on this year’s The Summer Slaughter Tour? I certainly hope so! Time will only tell as the official announcement should be right around the corner! Who are you hoping to see on the bill this year?
