Our Last Night Kick Off The Weekend To A Packed Chicago Crowd (Photo Gallery + Review)

Our Last Night stormed into Chicago and hit up the packed House Of Blues on a Friday evening to give fans an evening of metalcore and rock.

First up was hometown pop rockers Ashland. With their blend of pop infused rock they got the crowds energy going to start the night off. With a new album out next month they are for sure a band to keep an eye on.

No strangers to the metalcore scene though are The Word Alive. Veterans in this game the band came out and clearly had the crowd in the palm of their hand from start to finish. Frontman Telle Smith talked about how TWA aren’t strangers to Chicago in the slightest and from the sounds of the crowd they weren’t strangers to the band either.

Next up was synth infused metalcore band I See Stars. With a sound unlike others on the tour they stuck out in a good way with their blend of metalcore, pop, and electronic infused music. From pits to dance floors they had the energy in the crowd moving to their every move.

It was time for the headliner though and the act everyone was waiting for. Our Last Night has certainly moved up rather quickly in the scene and this crowd was clearly excited. From pits, loads of crowd surfers, and singing along to every word the crowd certainly knew what to give the band in terms of energy. Thankfully the band delivered the same energy right back at the crowd.
