After releasing the heavy, stand-alone single “Vultures” in 2018, and after adding ex-Structures bassist Brendon Padjasek to their ranks as well, progressive metalcore band Northlane are preparing for new music in 2019.
The band has now officially announced that they’re in the studio recording their 5th full-length album, which will be the follow-up to 2017’s Mesmer. That record saw the band honing their signature sound and expanding it into exciting new directions, especially on more intricate songs like “Heartmachine” and album standout “Colourwave”. Needless to say, we’re excited – and fans of heavy music should be, too.
