After announcing their triumphant return recently with a new song and an album due out in August, highly influential metalcore band Misery Signals are back with another new song in the form of “River King”. And boy, is it impressive. Leading off with a post-rock esque intro, the song eventually gives way to the familiar metalcore fans know and love from MS. Complex and imaginative in song structure and overall form, this is seriously one of the most impressive songs the band have written to date.
