Code Orange release brand new song, “Only One Way”

To say Pittsburgh metalcore band Code Orange had a big 2017 would be an understatement. Their album Forever may have divided some critics, but many are hailing the band as the next big thing in heavy music. And for good reason – Code Orange were nominated for a Grammy award, and you have to keep in mind this is a band that started out opening for small tours and playing in basements to 50 people. Clearly, they never quit – and now the persistence is paying off.

On their brand new single, “Only One Way”, the band successfully explores industrial and experimental sounds that also stay mostly within their defined style. The song comes as part of Adult Swim’s “Singles” series, and you can stream it below. The song may come as a shock to long-time fans, but it really shouldn’t. This band can only put out bangers, it seems.
