Fronted by guitarist-vocalist Heather Hellskiss, bassist Suzanne Slade and drummer Watts Yoshizawa, the angular stricken guitar riffs soaked in chorus and fuzz feed the brooding driving bass lines that weave between the tom-ridden disco punk surf beats. The Swifts are a pop punk outfit based out of Colorado, and they have dropped an excellent debut album with All Sunshine which was recorded and produced by Ahrue Luster, guitarist for Ill Nino. All Sunshine is full of hooks, rockin’ rhythms and punchy well thought out lyrics.
